- We accept payment through paypal which can be used to purchase items via credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
3. Do you ship overseas?
- No we do not keep credit card details.
4. Do I have to register my particulars if I am a new customer?
- Yes we do. However international courier charges and delivery timing may vary from Country.
- Buyer is responsible for any custom clearance, duties and taxes applicable for the country where items are to be shipped to.
- You can register your particulars to create an account for ease of future order
- You can also click on "Guest Checkout" for orders adhoc without creating an account.

. Where do I enter the Coupon Code to receive applicable promotion rates?
6. Can I request for quotation of items or enquire on items not shown on web-page?
- Once item has been added to cart, go to "VIEW CART".
- Under "What would you like to do next?", click on "Use Coupon Code".
- Enter the code to receive the applicable promotion.
- Coupon Code price difference will not be reflected if code has expired.
7. Delivery Services
- Yes you can. Do send us what you are looking for or enquiring about to email@example.com. We will revert soonest possible.
- Local delivery is free with purchases of above Sgd$80 otherwise a surcharge of Sgd$5 is applicable.
- Order will be despatched out within 3 working days unless otherwise advised.
- Certain items such as probiotics will be depatched via cold-chain at temperatures recommended by manufacturers.
